Terms of service
Last updated 4 September 2026. These terms govern your use of ahel, operated by Ahel Technologies OÜ (Estonia).
The service
ahel is a gateway for your AI tooling: you store skills, MCP servers, and provider keys in your account, and the AI tools you connect read that configuration through one URL. Your prompts and tool calls run between your tools and your providers; ahel serves configuration and meters what you ask it to. Connected services can be wrong or unavailable. Review output before you act on decision-critical answers.
Acceptable use
Use ahel only for lawful work. Do not use it to stalk, harass, or profile private individuals, to violate data-protection law, or to get around the access terms of a service or source your AI uses. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Balance and billing
Plans are billed by subscription at the prices shown on the pricing page. Ordinary gateway calls within a plan’s allowance are recorded without charging your balance. Metered work beyond that draws from a prepaid balance held in US dollars, as described on the pricing page. Work that runs on a key you connected yourself is not charged. The balance does not expire; top-ups are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Failed metered calls are refunded to your balance automatically.
Your data and keys
You keep ownership of the setup you configure, the work it produces, and the credentials you connect. We store connected keys encrypted and use them only to run the work you ask for. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Estonian law applies; disputes go to the courts of Estonia.
Changes
